DEED OFRECONVEYANCE
WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank of Hastings, f/k/a Five Points Bank of
Hastings, a divisio:. 3f HcmEtos. r. Bark, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under the Deed
of Trust dated April 30, 2002, executed by MICHAEL J CAREY and REBECCA L CAREY,
Husband and Wife, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank of Hastings, f/k/a Five Points Bank of
Hastings, a division of Hometown Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee,
which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of ADAMS County, Nebraska,
Instrument No 20022348 on the 1St day of May, 2002.
and
WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank of Hastings f/k/a Five Points Bank of
Hastings, a division of Hometown Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points Bank of
Hastings, f/k/a Five Points Bank of Hastings, a division of Hometown Bank as Beneficiary, written
request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deeds of Trust above mentioned as follows:
Lot 43, A.M. Ghost's Addition to the City of Hastings, Adams County, Nebraska a/k/a
300 South Boston, Hastings, Nebraska 68901
said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust has been fully paid;
NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deeds of
Trust ,the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or
persons iegaiiy entitled Thereto, the estate now held icy said Trustee hereunder.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at
Hastings, Nebraska, this 14th day of March, 2008.
