REGISTER OF DEEDS
WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank of Hastings, as Trustee, under the Deed
of Trust dated November 19, 2003, executed by MAUREEN MOHLMAN and THOMAS
MOHLMAN; WIFE AND HUSBAND in which Five Points Bank of Hastings is named as
Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of
Deeds of Adams County, Nebraska Instrument No 20038380 on the 20th day of NOVEMBER,
2003.

WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank of Hastings, as Trustee, has received
from Five Points Bank of Hastings, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate
described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned as follows:
The North half of Lot 53 and all of Lot 54 in A.M. Ghost's Addition to the City of
Hastings, Adams County Nebraska
said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust has been fully paid;
NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deeds of
Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or
persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.

Hastings, Nebraska, this 14th day of March, 2008.
