FOR VALUE RECEIVED, Hastings State Bank hereby grants, bargains, sells, conveys and
assigns unto First National Bank of Omaha, a Nebraska corporation located in Omaha, Nebraska
("Assignee"), all right, title and interest of Assignor in and to that certain Deed of Trust executed
by ADAM J. FITZKE AND TIFFANY A. FITZKE, HUSBAND AND WIFE as Document

covering the following described real property:
COMMENCING ON THE NORTH LINE OF THE SOUTH HALF (S '/2) OF THE
SOUTH HALF (S 1/Z) OF SECTION EIGHT (8), TOWNSHIP SEVEN (7) NORTH,
RANGE NINE (9) WEST OF THE 6TH P.M., IN THE CITY OF HASTINGS, ADAMS
COUNTY, NEBRASKA, AT THE INTERSECTION OF THE EAST LINE OF SIXTH
AVENUE AND THE NORTH LINE OF THIRD STREET AS THE SAME ARE SHOWN
AND PLATTED IN THE RECORDED PLAT OF EAST PARK ADDITION TO THE
CITY OF HASTINGS, RUNNING THENCE EAST 220 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 227.2
FEET; THENCE WEST 220 FEET TO THE EAST LINE OF SIXTH AVENUE;
RUNNING THENCE NORTH ON THE EAST LINE OF SAID SIXTH AVENUE 227.2
FEET TO THE PLACE OF BEGINNING.
