POWER OF ATTORNEY
Charlotte M. White a/k/a Charlotte M.B. White, a domiciliary
of Hastings, Adams County, Nebraska, desiring and intending to
establish a Power of Attorney operative under the Nebraska Short
Form Act, does hereby appoint, constitute and designate either,
Frank H. White, Jr., or Beverly Cooper, both with a domiciliary
of Hastings, Adams County, Nebraska, the lawful and true Agent
and attorney-in-fact for Principal. The Principal specifically
designates that either Frank H: White, Jr. or Beverly Cooper may
act alone on her behalf, without the consent of the other; and
Principal does hereby further provide and stipulate in connection
therewith as follows:
1. This Power of Attorney is, as marked, a
( X ) Durable Power of Attorney and a
( ) Contingent Durable Power of Attorney upon
the contingency of
( ) Incompetence of Principal, as
determined by Principal's physician, in
writing, and that the authority granted
herein shall continue during any period while
Principal is disabled or incapacitated.
Principal hereby authorizes Principal's
physician to deliver said writing to the
Agent herein. Principal hereby holds said
physician harmless from any liability for
disclosure of said information, or

In the event my agent(s) are unable to act for any reason, I
hereby designate Dr. Elizabeth D. Berens of Hastings, Nebraska,
to act as my Successor Agent herein, with the same powers granted
by original Agent(s).
3. This Power of Attorney revokes and supersedes all prior
executed instruments of like import and remains operative until
revoked.
4. Within 30 days after my agent begins to act under this
agency document, my agent shall notify me and any successor agent
named in this power. Also, my agent shall account for his or her
agency by providing a statement of account showing all receipts,
disbursements, and asset changes or investment transactions since
the prior statement of account and any inventory of my then-

current assets known to the agent. The accounting shall be made
at least once a year, and copies shall be sent to me and to any
named successor agent. The statement of account shall be deemed
to have been furnished to the person entitled thereto when it has
been placed in the United States Mail addressed to that person at
the person's last known address even if that person is under a
legal disability. Copies of documents evidencing ownership of
assets and a copy of my most recent personal tax return shall be
attached to the accounting. f
