FOR VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, Heritage Bank, Hastings, Nebraska, as TROY
S. DAVIS_ and PAMELA R. DAMS Husband and Wife, Beneficiary under the Deed of Trust
executed by, as Trustor to Heritage Bank, Hastings, Nebraska, as Trustee for the benefit of
Beneficiary, dated as of September 3, 2003, and recorded September 8, 2003, in the office of the
Register of Deeds of Adams County, Nebraska, as Instrument #20036504 has requested in
writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
In accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the Trustee reconveys without
warranty to the person or persons entitled thereto all the right, title, interest and claim acquired
by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the following:
LOT NINETEEN (19) AND THE NORTHWESTERLY THREE (NW3) FEET IN WIDTH OF LOT
TWENTY (20), BLOCK FOUR (4), IMPERIAL VILLAGE SECOND ADDITION TO THE CITY OF
HASTINGS, ADAMS COUNTY, NEBRASKA, ACCORDING TO THE RECORDED PLAT THEREOF.
