REGISTER OF DEEDS
As an accommodation to their borrowers, Ronald J. and Lisa K. Bush, Hastings State Bank, does
hereby subordinate their Deed of Trust upon the following described premises:
THE EAST HALF OF THE SOUTH HALF OF LOT 10, BLOCK G, COLLEGE
ADDITION TO THE CITY OF HASTINGS, ADAMS COUNTY, NEBRASKA
which Deed of Trust is recorded as Instrument Number 20064625, to a certain Deed of Trust in
favor of Iastings State Bank, Trustee, and Hastings State Bank, Beneficiary which is dated the
6th day of October, 2006, in the amount of $12,176.00 and which is recorded as Instrument
Number 20064625 in the records of the Register of Deeds, Adams County, Nebraska, and does
expressly snake the Deed of Trust held by Hastings State Bank junior and inferior to the Deed of
Trust held by Central National Bank, and to the indebtedness secured by same.
This agreement shall be binding upon and shall inure to the benefit of the parties hereto, their
respective heirs, successors and assigns.
