DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
The undersigned, as Trustee under that certain Deed of Trust executed by Merlyn R. Lay, not
personally but as Trustee on behalf of Merlyn R. Lay Revocable Trust, and Leola L. Lay, not personally
but as Trustee on behalf of Leola L. Lay Revocable Trust, Trustee as Trustor, for the benefit of WELLS
FARGO BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, successor Wells Fargo Bank, Nebraska, as Beneficiary,
dated as of January 6, 2003, and recorded on January 10, 2003, as Instrument No. 20030196 in the
Office of the Register of Deeds of Adams County, Nebraska, does hereby quitclaim and reconvey unto
the person or persons legally entitled thereto, without any warranty, all of the right, title and interest now
held by said Trustee in and to the real property described in said Deed of Trust and incorporated herein
by this reference. This Deed of Reconveyance is executed at the request of the Beneficiary under said
Deed of Trust.

The Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 2, Township 5 North, Range 9 West of the
6th P.M., Adams County, Nebraska.
