The indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed

To ReconTrust Company as Successor Trustee under Deed of Trust, dated 07/22/2005 and recorded in the office of the Register
of Deeds of ADAMS County, Nebraska, in Book N/A at Page N/A document No. 20053581 has been paid, and the Beneficiary
has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below.
In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the undersigned as successor Trustee
reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto all the right, title, interest and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the
Deed of Trust in the following described premises:
A Tract of Land in the Northwest quarter of Section 34, Township 6 North, Range 9 West of the 6th P.M., Adams County,
Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Northwest Quarter thence North 90
degrees 00'00" West 220 feet; thence South 90 degrees 00'00" West 759.52 feet to the West line of said West quarter; thence North
0 degrees 24'29" East 220 Feet to the point of Commencement subject to Statutory road on the North thereof.
