DALE L. TENHOFF, a Single person, herein called Grantor, in consideration of One Dollar
($1.00) and other valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, convey to
TRICIA M. ALLEN, and TIMOTHY L. ALLEN, Wife and Husband, and JACOB L. TENHOFF,
a Single person, Grantees, subject to LIFE ESTATE of DALE L. TENHOFF, a Single person, as
joint tenants with rights of survivorship and not tenants in common the following described real
estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. 76-201):
A TRACT OF LAND IN SW1/4 OF SECTION THIRTY THREE (33),
TOWNSHIP FIVE (5), RANGE TEN (10) KNOWN AS WORMUTH
SUBDIVISION IN ADAMS COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
To have and to hold the above described premises together with all tenements, hereditaments
and appurtenances thereto belonging unto the grantee and to grantee's heirs and assigns forever.
And the grantors do hereby covenant with the grantee and with the grantee's heirs and assigns
that grantors are lawfully seized of said premises; that they are free from encumbrances that
grantors have good right and lawful authority to convey the same; and that the grantors warrant
will defend the title to said premises against the lawful claims if all person whomsoever.
