FOR VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, Heritage Bank f/k/a City National Bank and Trust
Company, Hastings, Nebraska, as Beneficiary under the Deeds of Trust executed by Stephen E. Flemin>;
and Julie A. Fleming, husband and wife, as Trustor to Heritage Bank f/k/a City National Bank and Trust
Company, Hastings, Nebraska, as Trustee for the benefit of Beneficiary, dated as of July 2, 2002 and
recorded July 5, 2002, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Adams County, Nebraska, as Instrument
Number 20023513 has requested in writing that this Deed of Partial Reconveyance be executed and
delivered.
In accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the Trustee reconveys without warranty to
the person or persons entitled thereto all the right, title, interest and claim acquired by the Trustee
pursuant to the Deeds of Trust in the following described premises but only as to such premises:
LOT 3-A, HAJNY REPEAT IN BLOCK 24, ST. JOSEPH ADDITION TO THE CITY
OF HASTINGS, ADAMS COUNTY, NEBRASKA A/K/A 406 SOUTH HASTINGS,
HASTINGS, NEBRASKA 68901
Provided that the remainder of the land described in the Deeds of Trust, together with all buildings,
fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to the remaining land, shall remain subject to the
Deeds of Trust.
