Know All Men by These Presents:
THAT WHEREAS, for the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) part of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed
executed by James R. Hartman and Kimberly R. Hartman to Bank of the West successor by merger to
Commercial Federal Bank, A FSB As Trustee for the benefit of Commercial Federal Bank, a FSB, the
beneficiary named therein, dated April ?_8, 2005 and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of
Adams County, State of Nebraska, in Book , at Page ,Instrument No. 2005 1951 has been
partially paid.
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents grant, remise and reconvey to
the person or persons entitled thereto all interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Trust
Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such premises:
Legal: LOTS 1, 2 AND 3 FLAT CREEK SUBDIVISION, ADAMS COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
Bank of the West hereby expressly reserves Trust Deed against all other property described in said Trust
Deed. It being the intent hereof to release only the above mentioned property from lien of Deed of Trust.
