Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. is named as
beneficiary and Eric H. Lindquist as Tru.~tee, and which was filed
for record on February 23, 2006, and recorded as Instrument No.
20060758, of the Mortgage records of Adams County, Nebraska. The
trust property affected is legally described as follows:
