SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED
GRANTOR, Larry D. Cleveland and Sandra K. Cleveland, husband and wife, in
consideration of One Dollar, received from GRANTEE, Larry D. Cleveland Revocable Trust u/a
dated January 10, 2008, Larry D. Cleveland Trustee, conveys to GRANTEE, the following
described real estate, (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. 76-201) in Adams County, Nebraska:
Lot Six (6) in Block Thirty-one (31), in St. Joseph's Addition to the City of
Hastings, Adams County, Nebraska.
GRANTORS do hereby Covenant with Grantees and successors in interest to Warrant and
Defend the real estate against the lawful claims of all persons claiming by, through or under
them, except as may be above stated. Each of the undersigned hereby relinquishes all rights of
dower, homestead and distributive share in and to the real estate.
Words and phrases herein,' including acknowledgment hereof, shall be construed as in the
singular or plural number, and as masculine or feminine gender, according to the context.
