ASSIGNMENT OF DEED OF TRUST BENEFICIAL INTERPST
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Option One Mortgage Corporation, the
party of the first part, in consideration of the sum of one dollar ($1.00) and other valuable
consideration to it in hand paid by Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., in trust for .the benefit of the
Certificateholders of Asset Backed Securities Corporation 'Home Equity Loan Trust, Series
OOMC 2005-HE6, the party of the second part, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has
granted, assigned and transferred, and, by these presents does grant, assign and transfer unto the
said Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., in trust for the benefit of the Certificateholders of Asset Backed
Securities Corporation Home Equity Loan Trust, Series OOMC 2005-HE6, its successors and
assigns, the beneficial interest in a certain Deed of Trust wherein H & R Block Mortgage
Corporation is Beneficiary, Diane J. Mead and Kenneth Mead, Wife and Husband is Trustor and
First American Title Insurance Company is Trastee, which Deed of Trast was dated April 25,
2005, and Recorded on May 5, 2005 as Instrument No. 2005-1975, of the mortgage records of
Adams County, Nebraska, which Deed of Trust was assigned by H & R Block Mortgage
Corporation to Option One Mortgage Corporation, said assignment dated November 29, 2005
and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Adams County, Nebraska Instrument No.
20056005 of the mortgage records of said county, and all its right, title and interest to the
property therein described, as follows, to-wit:

Together with the promissory note therein described, and the money due or to become
