REGISTER OF DEEDS
The indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by Lyle Myers and Linda Myers, as
TRUSTOR, to Michael E. Sullivan, as TRUSTEE, for the benefit of Jerry L. Looney and Janet C.
Loney, as BENEFICIARY, dated September 12, 1996, and filed of record with the Adams
County Register of Deeds on September 18, 1996, as Instrument No. 964063 has been satisfied,
and the BENEFICIARY has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed
and delivered.
In consideration of such satisfaction, and in accordance with the request of the
BENEFICIARY, the TRUSTEE reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto all the right,
title, interest and claim acquired by the TRUSTEE pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the
following:
Lot Twelve (12), in Block Two (2), in Bungalow Addition to the City of Hastings,
Adams County, Nebraska, according to the recorded plat thereof.
