2. Antonette W. Turner is the spouse of Carrol F. Turner, Deceased, and
is the income beneficiary of the Carrol F. Turner Credit Trust.
3. Barry D. Turner and Alana Hoyt are Successor Co-Trustees of the
Carrol F. Turner Revocable Trust, and are Co-Trustees of the Carrol F. Turner Credit
Trust.
4. The undersigned declare that this Renunciation is made as to any

present or future interest created by the Revocable Trust and Credit Trust in the
above captioned case or joint or beneficial ownership held with the deceased, and is
an irrevocable and unqualified refusal to accept in whole or in part any of the interest
in the personal property of the Decedent, described as:

2. Edward Jones Account (Traditional IRA) #69591389
3. USAA Tax Exempt Long Term Fund (USTEX) Account #43901014819

5. The undersigned has made this Renunciation under the provisions of
the Nebraska Probate Code Section 30-2352 and under the provisions of the Internal
Revenue Code Section 2518. The undersigned have not accepted any interest or
benefit in, dominion over, and have not assigned, transferred nor waived the right to
renounce the disclaimed property nor has such property been sold or disposed of
pursuant to judicial process.
