between CURTISS W. STADE and CAROLYN R. BENNETT as Co-Trustees of he LAWRENCE J. STADE Trust dated
11/14/1988, LAWRENCE J. STADE having died on 12/11/2007, of the County of Buffalo, State of Nebraska, party of the first
part, and JANINE L. WRAGE as beneficiary of the LAWRENCE J. STADE Trust, a married person, of the County of
Buffalo, State of Nebraska, party of the second part.

WITNESSETH: THAT THE SAID PARTY OF THE FIRST PART, for no consideration, hereby conveys to the
said party of the second part, in accordance with the LAWRENCE J. STADE Trust dated 11/14/1988, and in accordance with
said trust in which according to Article Third, Paragraph W, the power to "make, execute, acknowledge and deliver any and all
deeds" is given to said Trustee, does by these presents distribute in accordance with Article First, Paragraph C, unto the said
party of the second part, her heirs and assigns the following described lots, tracts or parcels of land lying, being and situate in the
County of Adams and State of Nebraska, to-wit:
All of the Trust's undivided interest in and to the following property:
LOTS 1 and 2 on MAINLAND in Section 5, Township 8 North, ~Zange 12 West of the 6th P.M.,
Adams County, Nebraska, EXCEPT the part thereof lying south bf the Union Pacific Railroad
Right-of--Way.
FURTHER, that said Trust Agreement is in effect as executed on 11/14/1988, and that CURTISS W. STADE and
CAROLYN R. BENNETT are currently the Co-Trustees and are competent.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises aforesaid with all and singular, the rights, privileges, appurtenances and
immunities thereto belonging or in any wise appertaining unto the party of the second part and unto her heirs and assigns forever;
the said CURTISS W. STADE and CAROLYN R. BENNETT as Co-Trustees of the LAWRENCE J. STADE Trust dated
11/14/1988, hereby covenanting that it is lawfully seized of an indefeasible estate in fee of the premises herein conveyed; that the
said trust has good right to convey the same; that the said premises are free and clear from any incumbrance done or suffered by
it or those under whom it claims; and that it will warrant and defend the title to the said premises unto the said party of the
second part and unto her heirs and assigns forever, against the lawful claims and demands of all persons whomsoever.
