THAT WHEREAS, the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust Executed by
Alan Williams and Deborah Williams, Husband & Wife, to Adams County Bank,
Trustee, for the benefit of Adams County Bahl:., Beneficiary named herein, said Deed of
Trust being dated 2"~ day of April, 2007 and recorded in the office of the.. County
Register of Deeds of Adams County, Nebraska on 21St day of May, 2007 as Instrument
Number 20072217, has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested in writing that this
Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with
the request of the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee, does by these
presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the persons entitled thereto all the interest
and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in and to the
following described premises, to-wit:
Lot Seven (7), Block Two (2), Hastings Heights Subdivision to the City of Hastings,
Adams County, Nebraska, According to the Recorded Plat Thereof.
TOGETHER with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances as
belonging to such premises.
