$~~ DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS,
THAT WHEREAS, the indebtedrsess secured by the Deed of Trust Executed by
Alan Williams and Deborah Williams, Husband & Wife, to Adams County Bank,
Trustee, for the benefit of Adams County Bank, Beneficiary named herein, said Deed of
Trust being dated 26`h day of October, 2007 and recorded in the office of the County
Register of Deeds of Adams County, Nebraska on 20th day of November, 2007 as
Instrument Number 20075097, has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested in
writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with
the request of the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee, does by these
presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the persons entitled thereto all the interest
and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in and to the
following described premises, to-wit:
Lot One (1) Jenkins Subdivision of Tax Lot Seven (7) in the SE1/4, Section 31,
Township 8 North, Range 10 West, Adams County, Nebraska and Lot Seven (7),
Block Two (2), Hastings Heights Subdivision to the City of Hastings, Adams County,
Nebraska, According to the Recorded Plat Thereof and the South 1/2 Northwest 1/4,
Section (1), Township Eight (8) North, Range Eleven (11) West, Adams County,
Nebraska
TOGETHER with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances as
belonging to such premises.
