KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured
by the Deeds of Trust executed among Golden Triangle, Inc.; A Nebraska Corporation
("Trustor") and Hastings State Bank ("Trustee"), for the benefit of Hastings State Bank, the
beneficiary, named therein, dated March 3, 1998 and recorded March 5, 1998 as
Instrument No. 19981036 in the office of the Register of Deeds in Adams County, Nebraska
has been paid.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the
request of the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents
grant, remise and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all interest and estate
derived to said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but
only as to such premises
