THAT WHEREAS, the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust Executed by
Thomas J. Behmer & Marcia C', l;ehmer; Husband and Wife to Adams County Bank,
Trustee, for the benefit of Adams County Bank, Beneficiary named herein, said Deed of
Trust being dated 28th day of Apri1,2004 and recorded in the office of the County
Register of Deeds of Adams County, Nebraska on May 3, 2004 as instrument
#20042254, has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of
Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with
the request of the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee, does by these
presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the persons entitled thereto all the interest
and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in and to the
following described premises, to-wit:
All of Lot One (1) except the North Sixty-Five feet (N65'), Block Two (2), in Heartwell Park, an
addition to the City of Hastings, Adams Connty, Nebraska, according to the recorded plat thereof
AND the North Forty-Two feet (N42') of Lot Seventeen (17) and the South Seventeen feet (S17') of
Lot Eighteen (18), Block One (1), Hewitt Addition to the City of Hastings, Adams County, Nebraska,
according to the recorded plat thereof AND Lot Six (6), Block Two (2), Trupp's Addition to the City
of Hastings, Adams County, Nebraska
