THAT WHEREAS, the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust Executed by
Thomas J. Behmer and Marcia C. Behmer, Husband and Wife to Adains County
Bank, Trustee, for the benefit of Adams County Bank, Beneficiary named herein, said
Deed of Trust being dated 9th day of June, 2003 and recorded in the office of the County
Register of Deeds of Adams County, Nebraska on June 16, 2003, as instrument
#20034122, has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of
Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with
the request of the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee, does by these
presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the persons entitled thereto all the interest
and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in and to the
following described premises, to-wit:
The North 42' of Lot Seventeen (17) and the South 17' of Lot Eighteen (18), Block
One (1) Hewitt Addition to the City of Hastings, Adams County, Nebraska,
according to the recorded plat thereof AND Lot Six (6), Block Two (2), Trupps
Addition to the City of Hastings, Adams County, Nebraska
TOGETHER with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenan as
