1. He, as Trustee of the Marion L. Glassey Revocable
Trust, is the owner of record and is in possession of the real
estate described as:
The East Fifty (E 50) feet of the South One Hundred
Thirty-Five (S 135) feet of Lot Five (5), Slock Eight
(8), College Addition to the City of Hastings, Adams
County, Nebraska, according to the recorded plat
thexeof.
2. The Marion L. Glassey Revocable Trust has not been
revoked nor otherwise amended.
3. Stephen F. Glassey, as Trustee of said Trust, has the
authority to convey said real estate under said txust.
