REGISTER OF DEEDS
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured
by the Deed of Trust executed among Kay E Georgiana, Trustee of Kay E Georgiana Living
Trust under the provisions of a trust agreement dated July 7, 2004 ("Trustor"); and
Hastings State Bank ("Trustee"), for the benefit of Hastings State Bank, -the beneficiary,
named therein, dated March 10, 2008 and recorded March 17, 2008 as Instrument No.
20081038 in the office of the Register of Deeds in Adams County, Nebraska has been paid.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the
request of the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents
grant, remise and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all interest and estate
derived to said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but
only as to such premises:
LOT THREE (3), BLOCK TWO (2), CIMARRON MEADOWS FOURTH ADDITION TO THE
CITY OF HASTINGS, ADAMS COUNTY, NEBRASKA, ACCORDING TO THE RECORDED
PLAT THEREOF
