REGISTER OF DEEDS
The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by RONALD E. HOHLEN and
DENA D. HOHLEN, husband and wife, as Trustor, to BRAD MONCRIEF, Attorney at Law, as
Trustee, and ERIC V. NEUMAN and VICKI R' NEUMAN, husband and wife, as Beneficiary,
executed March 27, 1998, and perfected on March 27, 1998, in the office of the Register of
Deeds of Adams County, Nebraska, Recorded as Instrument Number 19981489, has been
paid, and the Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed
and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below.
In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary,
the Trustee conveys to the person or persons entitled thereto all the right, title, interest and
claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the following:
The North Half of the Northwest Quarter (N1/2NW1/4) of Section Four (4),
Township Seven (7) North, Range Ten (10), West of the 6th P.M., Adams county,
Nebraska, EXCEPT that portion thereof known as Waldron Subdivision, as
shown on plat recorded April 21, 1983 as Instrument No. 831123.
