recorded NOVEMBER 02 2006 in instrument 20064980, of official records in the office
of the county recorder of ADAMS County, State of Nebraska.
Legal Description: Lot Six(6), Block Six(6), Imperial Village Fifth
Addition to the City of Hastings, Adams County, Nebraska, according to the recorded
plat thereof.
Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. Hereby substitutes and appoints
themselves as Trustee in lieu of the above Trustee, under said Deed of Trust.
Whereas said SUBSTITUTED TRUSTEE, pursuant to the request of said owner and holder
