PARTIAL RELEASE OF ELECTRICAL CONSTRUCTION LIEN
WHEREAS, Hastings Utilities and Engel Construction, Inc. (Developer(s) are parties to a Real
Estate Improvement Contract executed by them on the 14th day of June 2007, granting to Hastings Utilities an
interest in Lots 10 and 11, Block 5, Cimarron Meadows Addition and Lot 2, Cimarron Meadows
Subdivision No. 4, City of Hastings, Adams County, NE, according to the recorded plat thereof; and,
WHEREAS, construction liens were filed under the provisions of the said Real Estate Improvement
Contracts as Instrument No. 20072698 against, Lots 10 and 11, Block 5, Cimarron Meadows Addition and
Lot 2, Cimarron Meadows Subdivision No. 4, City of Hastings, Adams County, NE, and,
WHEREAS, Engel Construction, Inc. (Developer(s), has completed habitable improvements upon
the said parcels in accordance with the provisions of the said Contracts;
NOW, THEREFORE, Hastings Utilities hereby releases its interest resulting from the Construction
Liens filed as Instrument No. 20072698 against Lot 11, Block 5, Cimarron Meadows Addition, City of
Hastings, Adams County, NE according to the recorded plat thereof.
