KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured
by the Deed of Tract executed among David L Skinner and Lisa A Skinner, Husb~Jrd and
Wife and Jack L Skinner, A Married Person ("Trustor"); and Hastings State Bank
("Trustee"), for the benefit of Hastings State Bank, the beneficiary, named therein, dated
June 7, 2005 and recorded June 15, 2005 as Instrument No. 20052697 in the office of the
Register of Deeds in Adams County, Nebraska has been paid.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the
request of the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents
grant, remise and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all interest and estate
derived to said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but
only as to such premises
