DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured
by the Deed of Trust executed among Vern P Powers and Cheryl A Powers; Husband and
Wife ("Trustor"); and Hastings State Bank ("Trustee"), for the benefit of Hastings State
Bank, the beneficiary, named therein, dated January 25, 2007 and recorded March 12, 2007
as Instrument No. 20071025 in the office of the Register of Deeds in Adams County, Nebraska
has been paid.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the
request of the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents
grant, remise and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all interest and estate
derived to said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but
only as to such premises:
LOT 1, BLOCK 1, LOCHLAND MEADOWS SUBDIVISION NUMBER 6, A REPEAT OF LOTS
1, 2 AND 3, BLOCK 1, LOCHLAND MEADOWS SUBDIVISION NO. 4, CITY OF HASTINGS,
