KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured
by the Deed of Trust and Modification of Deed of Trust executed among Phillip A Hupf, A
Single Person ("Trustor") and Hastings State Bank ("Trustee"), for the benefit of Hastings
State Bank, the beneficiary, named therein, dated January 11, 2000 and December 22,
2003 and recorded January 13, 2000 and December 29, 2003 as Instrument No. 20000152
and Instrument No. 20039055 in the office of the Register of Deeds in Adams County,
Nebraska has been paid.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the
request of the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents
grant, remise and reconvey to the person or persons entifled thereto, all interest and estate
derived to said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but
only as to such premises
