The undersigned is the Trustee under a Trust Deed executed by
Robert L Glass and Peggy L Glass, Husband and-Wife, as Trustors on
April 08, 2005, in which Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems,
Inc., was named as Beneficiary. Said. Deed o.f. Trust wa.r filed for_
record on April 18, 2005 in Instrument # 20051643 irl the office of
the Register of Deeds of Adams County, Nebraska. Said Deed of
Trust was assigned to HSBC Mortgage Services Inc. and recorded in
the office of the Register of Deeds of Adams County, Nebraska.
Notice is hereby given that a breach of an obligation for
which the trust property was conveyed as security has occurred, the
nature of such breach is the Trustor's failure to (1) make del~,t
payments as they became due, or- ;2) pay taxes.- You are hereby
