NEBRASKA DEED OF RECONVEYANCE WITH ASSIGNMENT
WHEREAS, Gayle A. Hupf and Claire S. Hupf, Husband and Wife, executed a
certain Deed of Trust unto James R. Ganz Jr. of Buffalo County, Nebraska a member of
the Nebraska State Bar Association as "Trustee" for the benefit of The Equitable Life
Assurance Society of the United States dated 11th day of May, 1998, recorded in Adams
County, State of Nebraska, as Document No. 19984752 which was duly assigned to U.S.
Bank National Association as Custodian/Trustee (hereinafter "Beneficiary") by Assignment
dated June 26, 2002 and recorded in the office of said recording officer on July 8, 2002 as
Document No. 20023550.
NOW THEREFORE KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that the said Trustee at
the request of the below undersigned Beneficiary, for valuable consideration unto it paid at the
execution and delivery hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has remised,
released and quitclaimed, and by these presents does remise, release and quitclaim unto the
owner or owners thereof, the following described real property in the County of Adams and
State of Nebraska, to wit:

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD THE SAME WITH THE APPURTENANCES unto the said
owner or owners forever freed, exonerated and discharged of and from the aforesaid lien.
WHEREAS, on January 11, 2002, "U.S. Bank Trust National Association" merged with
and into U.S. Bank National Association" and the resulting company is known as U.S. Bank
National Association"; and
WHEREAS, "Lend Lease Agri-Business, Inc.," changed its name to Rabo Agrifinance,
Inc. by simple name change effective October 15, 2003.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Lender has caused its corporate seal to be hereunto
affixed and these presents to be signed by its duly authorized officer this February 15, 2008.

Rabo Agrifinance, Inc. (f/k/a Lend Lease Agri-Business, Inc.,) a Delaware corporation, as
Attorney-in-Fact for U.S. Bank National Association, as Custodian/Trustee, the corporation
described herein and that executed the foregoing instrument having authority to execute such
instrument, who, being by me duly sworn, did say that he is said officer of said corporation, and
the same person who executed the foregoing instrument, and he duly acknowledged the
execution of the same for and on behalf of and as the act and deed of said corporation as
Attorney-in-Fact for U.S. Bank National Association, as Custodian/Trustee, and that the seal
affixed to this instrument is the corporate seal of said corporation, and that this instrument was
signed and sealed in behalf of said corporation by authority of its board of directors; and the vice
president acknowledged that he and the corporation executed this instrument as his free and
voluntary act and deed and as the free and voluntary act and deed of the corporation for the
uses and purposes therein expressed.
