REGISTER OF DEEDS
FOR VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, Adams County Bank as Beneficiary
under the Deed of Trust executed by Alan M. Anderson & Mary K. Anderson,
Husband and Wife as Trustor(s) to Adams County Bank as Trustee for the Benefit of
the Beneficiary, dated as of February 5, 2004, and recorded in the office of the Register
of Deeds of Adams County, Nebraska as Instrument No.20042040 on April 21, 2004,
has requested that this Deed of Partial Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
In accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the Trustee reconveys without
warranty to the person or persons entitled thereto all the right, title, interest and claim
acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the following described
premises:
See attached Exhibit A.
Provided that the remainder of the land described in the Deed of Trust, together with all
buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to the remaining land,
shall remain subject to the Deed of Trust.
