KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS,
THAT WHEREAS, the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust Executed by
James L. O'Connell and Melissa K. O'Connell, Husband & Wife and Mary J.
Dominy, a single person, to Adams County Bank, Trustee, for the benefit of Adams
County Bank, Beneficiary named herein, said Deed of Trust being dated lst day of
September, 1998 and recorded in the office of the County Register of Deeds of Adams
County, Nebraska on 24th day of September, 1998 as Instrument Number 19984979, has
been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance
be executed and delivered.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with
the request of the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee, does by these
presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the persons entitled thereto all the interest
and estate derived to said Trustee by or through ,said Deed of Trust in and to the
following described premises, to-wit: '
The Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) and the North Half (N 1/2) of the Southeast
Quarter (SE 1/4) of Section Seventeen (17), Township Six (6) North, Range Ten (10)
West of the 6th P.M., Adams County, Nebraska, according to the recorded plat
thereof.
TOGETHER with all buildings, fixtures, improvements acid appurtenances as
belonging to such premises.
