KATHRYN C. SEEMAN, a single person, herein called Grantors, in consideration of one dollar
and other valuable consideration, received from grantee, do grant, bargain, sell, convey and
confirm unto JULIA ZIMMERMAN, TRUSTEE OF THE KATHRYN C. SEEMAN
IRREVOCABLE TRUST AGREEMENT, the following described real estate in Adams
County, Nebraska:
THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER (SW'/a) OF SECTION TWENTY (20), TOWNSHIP
FIVE (5) NORTH, RANGE NINE (9), WEST OF THE 6TH P.M., ADAMS COUNTY,
NEBRASKA
To have and to hold the above described premises together will all tenements,
hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging unto the grantee and to grantee's heirs and
assigns forever.
And the grantors do hereby covenant with the grantee and with the grantee's heirs and
assigns that grantors are lawfully seized of said premises; that they are free from encumbrances
that grantors have good right and lawful authority to convey the same; and that the grantor
warrant will defend the title to said premises against the lawful claims of all person whomsoever.
