Affiants, being first duly sworn on oath, hereby depose and say:
1. That they are the owners of the following described real estate, to-wit:
The Southwest Quarter of Section Fourteen (14), Township Six (6)
North, Range Ten (10) West of the 61h P.M., Adams County,
Nebraska, EXCEPT railroad right-of-way; AND EXCEPT public
road right of way; AND EXCEPT Hibbeler Subdivision, Adams
County, Nebraska, according to the recorded plat thereof.
2. That a Lease to School District #76 involving the above-described real
estate was recorded February 26, 1886, and filed for record in Book 4, Page 198, in
the records of the Office of the Register of Deeds of Adams County, Nebraska, but
that said lessees, successors or assigns, have ceased to use the real estate for the
purposes of the lease agreement. Additionally, there is no school house or school
structures located upon said real estate.
Wherefore, affiants declare that the lease aforesaid, pursuant to its terms, has
been forfeited and terminated.
FURTHER AFFIANT SAYETH NOT.
