KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS,
THAT WHEREAS, the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust Executed by
Michael A. Anderson and Kristen J. Anderson, Husband and Wife to Adams County
Bank, Trustee, for the benefit of Adams County Bank, Beneficiary named herein, said
Deed of Trust being dated 1st day of March, 2002 and recorded in the office of the
County Register of Deeds of Adams County, Nebraska on May 17, 2002, as instrument
#20022641, has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of
Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with
the request of the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee, does by these
presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the persons entitled thereto all the interest
and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust m and to the
following described premises, to-wit:
The Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) of Section Fourteen (14), Township Six (6) North, Range Ten (10) West
of the 6th P.M., Adams County, Nebraska; EXCEPT railroad right-of--way; AND EXCEPT public road
right-of--way; AND EXCEPT a tract of land comprising a part of the Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) of
Section Fourteen (14), Township Six (6) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6TH P.M., Adams County,
Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Southeast Corner of said Southwest
Quarter (SW 1/4); thence running westerly along and upon the South line of said Southwest Quarter (SW
1/4), a distance of 278.14 Feet; thence deflecting right 89°09'13" and running northerly, a distance of
453.81 Feet; thence deflecting right 90°50'47" and running easterly, parallel with the South line of said
Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4), a distance of 286.06 Feet to a point on the East line of said Southwest
Quarter (SW 1/4); thence deflecting right 90°09' 13" and running southerly along and upon the East line
of said Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) a distance of 453.76 Feet to the point of beginning, now known as
Hibbeler Subdivision, Adams County, Nebraska, according to the recorded plat thereof.
