The undersigned, the Beneficiary in the Deed of Trust referred to in the Deed of
Reconveyance set out below, hereby acknowledges satisfaction of the obligation secured by said
Deed of Trust and requests the Trustee to reconvey the trust property by executing the following
Deed of Reconveyance.

The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by JOHN C. CARLLSON and
LINDA L. CARLLSON, husband and wife, whose mailing address is 1715 West 6th Street, Hastings,
Nebraska 68901, as Trustor, to Charles W. Hastings, Attorney at Law, P.O. Box 1044, Hastings,
Nebraska 68902-1044, as Trustee, for the benefit of Heritage Bank, formerly known as City National
Bank and Trust Company, Hastings, Nebraska, a National Banking Corporation, P.O. Box 349,
Hastings, Nebraska 68902-0349, as Beneficiary, recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds of
Adams County, Nebraska, on May 9, 1994, as Instrument No. 942171, has been paid, and the
Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as
confirmed by its endorsement above.
In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the
Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto all the right, title, interest and claim
acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the following:
Lots Nine (9) and (10) and the North Ten Feet (N 10') of Lot Eleven (11), Mowery
and McNaul's Subdivision of Block Eighteen (18), Mumaw's Addition to the City of
Hastings, Adams County, Nebraska, according to the recorded plat thereof.
