DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness seclu-ed by the Deed of Trust made among, RYAN D.
BURNS AND SANDI M. BURNS, husband and wife, Trustor, and Central National Bank as
Trustee and Five Points Bank as Beneficiary, dated September 29, 2006, and recorded on
September 29, 2006, in the office of the Register of Deeds in Adams County, Nebraska as
Instrument Number 20064394 has been paid; and
WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested that all the property held by
Central National Bank, as Trustee, under said Deed of Trust be reconveyed, without warranty, to
the person or persons entitled thereto.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the written
request of the Beneficiary, Central National Bank, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without
warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto all the estate and interest held by it, as Trustee,
under the above described Deed of Trust in the following described property:
LOT 15, BLOCK 4, WEST HILLTOP ACRES ADDITION TO THE CITY OF
HASTINGS, ADAMS COUNTY, NEBRASKA, ACCORDING TO THE RECORDED
PLAT THEREOF.
