KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
THAT WHEREAS, in consideration of full payment of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed
executed by Steven Shurigar and Julie Ann Shurigar (aka Julie Ann Hansen), husband and wife to The
Commercial Bank, Blue Hill, Nebraska, Trustee for the Benefit of The Commercial Bank, the Beneficiary
named therein, dated September 14, 2001 and recorded on September 25, 2001 in Instrument number
20014726 at the office of the register of Adams County, Nebraska, has been paid, and said Beneficiary has
requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement
below;
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and iii accordance with the request of the
Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remiss, release and
reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through
said Trust Deed in the following described premises but only as to such premises:
