LINCOLN FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK OF NEBRASKA, TRUSTEE, herein called the grantor, in
consideration of full payment of obligation, does quitclaim, grant, bargain, sell, convey, and confirm unto
David J Troudt and Suellen M Troudt, as husband and wife herein called the grantee whether one or
more, the following described real property in Adams County, Nebraska:
Lot 10, Block 1, Thomas Addition, Hastings, Adams County, Nebraska
This is a reconveyance of all right, title and interest said Trustee has in the above described real estate
and property by reason of a Deed of Trust executed on the 21st day of November, 2006, and recorded as
Instrument Number 2006-5340 or Page X in Book X. Said reconveyance is made in conformance with
Neb. Rev. Stat. 76-1014 (Reissue 1976) and paragraph 22 of the aforementioned Deed of Trust.
To have and to hold the above described premises together with all tenements, hereditaments and
appurtenances thereto belonging, unto the grantee and to the grantee's heirs and assigns forever.
