The Deed - of Trust executed March 31, 2005 by_ HASTINGS ECONOMIC
DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, a Nebraska Non-Profit Corporation, whose mailing address
is PO Box 1104, Hastings, NE 68902-1104, as Trustor, in which MORRISON ENTERPRISES,
PO Box 609, Hastings, NE 68902-0609, is named Beneficiary, and ANNA L. STEHLIK,
Attorney at Law, PO Box 609, Hastings, NE 68902-0609, is Trustee, filed for recor-d on April 1,
2005, as Instrument No. 20051446, Office of Register of Deeds, Adams County, Nebraska, is to
be partially released, and the Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Partial Deed of
Reconveyance be executed and delivered on the following lots, but only on such lots::
Lot Eleven (11), The Garages Addition to the City of Hastings,
Adams County, Nebraska, according to the recorded plat thereof,
being a part of the Northwest Quarter (NW/4) of Section Sixteen
(16), Township Seven (7) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6cn
P.M., Adams County, Nebraska.
In accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the Trustee reconveys to the person or
persons entitled thereto all the right, title, interest and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to
the Deed of Trust in the above-described real estate, but only on such lots.
