The Deed of Trust executed March 31, 2005 by MPH, LLC, a Nebraska Limited Liability
Company, whose mailing address is 701 W. South Street, Hastings, NE 68901, as Trustor, in
which HASTINGS ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, a Nebraska Non-Profit
Corporation, PO Box 1104, Hastings, NE 68902-1104, is named Beneficiary, and DAVID H.
FISHER, Attorney at Law, PO Box 1044, Hastings, NE 68902-1044, is Trustee, filed for record
on April 11, 2006, as Instrument No. 20061578, Office of Register of Deeds, Adams County,
Nebraska, is to be partially released, and the Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Partial
Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered on the following lots, but only on such lots::
Lot Eleven (11), The Garages Addition to the City of Hastings,
Adams County, Nebraska, according to the recorded plat thereof,
being a part of the Northwest Quarter (NW/4) of Section Sixteen
(16), Township Seven (7) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6cn
P.M., Adams County, Nebraska.
In accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the Trustee reconveys to the person or
persons entitled thereto all the right, title, interest and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to
the Deed of Trust in the above-described real estate, but only on such lots.
