REGISTER OF DEEDS
WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank of Hastings, as Trustee, under the Deed
of Trust dated June 13, 2007, executed by KEVIN GERARD HURT and THERESA LYNN HURT;
HUSBAND AND WIFE in which Five Points Bank of Hastings is named as Beneficiary, and the
undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Adams
County, Nebraska Instrument No 20072858 on the 27th day of JUNE, 2007.

WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank of Hastings, as Trustee, has received
from Five Points Bank of Hastings, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate
described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned as follows:
Commencing on the North Line of the South Half (S1/2) of the South Half (S1/2) of
Section Eight (8), Township Seven (7) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., in
the City of Hastings, Adams County, Nebraska, at the intersection of the East line of
Sixth Avenue and the North line of Third Street as the same are shown and platted
in the recorded plat of East Park Addition to the City of Hastings, running thence
East 220 feet; thence South 227.2 feet; thence West 220 feet to the East line of Sixth
Avenue; running thence North on the East line of said Sixth Avenue 227.2 feet to the
place of beginning
said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust has been fully paid;
NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deeds of
Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or
persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at
Hastings, Nebraska, this 10th day of April, 2008.
