CO147P ~id1.~ /•~3~ REGISTER 0 COMPARE O O T _ CADAS . 0 AOT/ -_ DEED OFRECONVEYANCE WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank of Hastings, as Trustee, under the Deed of Trust dated June 13, 2007, executed by KEVIN G HURT and THERESA L HURT; HUSBAND AND WIFE in which Five Points Bank of Hastings is, named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Adams County, Nebraska Instrument No 20072856 on the 27th day of JUNE, 2007. ,and WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank of Hastings, as Trustee, has received from Five Points Bank of Hastings, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned as follows: Lot Six (6j, Westbrook Village 8th Subdivision in the City of Hastings, Adams County, Nebraska, according to the recorded plat thereof said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust has been fully paid; NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deeds of Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
