N0. ~i~o~f~g5 Date 'y-//~ Time%•~~~ ~~ ~' '~ REGISTER OF DEEDS This Agreement made this 1 ~thday of March, 2008, between First National Bank of Omaha, its successors and/or assigns, ("Lender") and Hastings State Bank ("Bank") a national banking association with offices at Hastings, Nebraska WHEREAS, Bank is the beneficiary under a Trust Deed dated April 2, 2007 and filed Apri19, 2007, at Instrument Number 20071562 of the Records of Adams County, Nebraska to secure a loan in the original principal amount of $14,575.24 to Lisa J. Stec and David Stec, wife and husband, as joint tenants, ("Borrower (s)") and covering the following described real estate: Lot Two (2), Block One (1), Westland first Addition to the City of Hastings, Adams County, Nebraska, according to the recorded plat thereof WHEREAS, Lender proposes to make a loan to Borrowers not to exceed the principal amount of $71,000 to be secured by a first mortgage or trust deed upon real estate covered by the Trust Deed of Bank and described as above, and, WHEREAS, Lender has requested Lisa J.
