REGISTER OF DEEDS
DEED OF~RECONVEYANCE
The undersigned, as Trustee under that certain Deed of Trust executed by Paul A. Timmerman
and Susan A. Timmerman, Husband and Wife, Trustee as Trustor, for the benefit of WELLS FARGO
BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, successor Norwest Bank, Nebraska, National Association, as a result
of an acquisition and name change , as Beneficiary, dated as of July 31, 1997, and recorded on August
4,1997, as instrument No. 972994 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Adams County, Nebraska,
does hereby quitclaim and reconvey unto the person or persons legally entitled thereto, without any
warranty, all of the right, title and interest now held by said Trustee in and to the real property described in
said Deed of Trust and incorporated herein by this reference. This Deed of Reconveyance is executed at
the request of the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust.
Property:
The West Seventy Two (W 72) feet of lots Ten (10), Eleven (11) and Twelve (12), Block One (1),
Birdsall's Addition to the City of Hastings, Adams county, Nebraska, According to the recorded Plat
thereof.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, said Trustee has caused this Deed of Reconveyance to be executed
as of April 14, 2008.
