BERNARD D. ENGEL, being first duly sworn on oath, deposes and says that
LOIS I. ENGEL, Deceased, died on March 19, 2008, at Hastings, County of Adams,
State of Nebraska, and at the time of her death, she was married to BERNARD D.
ENGEL.
At the time of her death, she and her spouse, BERNARD D. ENGEL, were the
owners of record of the following real estate, to-wit:
Lot Eleven (11), Musselman's Subdivision of Block One (1), Webster and
Wemple's Addition to the City of Hastings, Adams County; Nebraska.
Assessed Value: $60,360 ~ 2 = $30,180
They owned all of their real and personal property as joint tenants or in a joint
trust, and BERNARD D. ENGEL, as the surviving joint tenant and beneficiary, is now in
possession of said property. That as a result of this joint ownership, there is no
Federal Estate Tax, State Estate Tax or State Inheritance Tax due. !,
