herein called the GRANTOR, whether one or more, in consideration of One Dollar and other valuable
consideration received from GRANTEES, does grant, bargain, sell, wnvey and confirm unto Mark Johnson,
herein called the GRANTEE, whether one or more, the following described real property in Adams County,
Nebraska:
Lot S, Block 1, Thomas Addition to the City of Hastings, Adams County, Nebraska,,
according the the recorded plat thereof.
To have and to hold the above described premises together with all tenements, hereditaments and
