DEED OFRECONVEYANCE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured
by the Deed of Trust executed among Lloyd R Kitrell and Marilyn J Kitrell; Husband and
Wife ("Trustor"); and Hastings State Bank ("Trustee"), for the benefit of Hastings State
Bank, the beneficiary, named therein, dated March 31, 2003 and recorded April 2, 2003 as
Instrument No. 20032128 in the office of the Register of Deeds in Adams County, Nebraska.
has been paid.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the
request of the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents
grant, remise and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all interest and estate
derived to said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but
only as to such premises:
